We love to share positive news! Sometimes it can feel as though our achievements slip by unnoticed and so taking time to highlight accolades and accomplishments is something we should do more of! Here at DALROD we enjoy sharing the success of our franchise network.
A big part of being part of a franchise business is working together to meet shared goals. Within DALROD these include delivering the best possible drainage solutions to our customers, whether they are domestic or commercial. Everyone is striving towards business success and making sure this happens. Within the network of local service centres there are some who stand out above the rest, and we like to recognise them.
A perfect time to focus on the successes of the year is at the annual DALROD conference. This year the event was held in Leicester on the 29th September 2023 and we encourage our entire network to be there for the day along with Head Office to spend quality time together. We always hold a ceremony in the evening where awards are presented to those franchise areas who are performing at the highest possible standards in drainage.
Something to strive for.
Two of the most coveted awards are the Franchise of the Year award and also the High Achiever award. These are saved until the end of the evening and are presented in recognition of a year of continuous excellence from those particular franchises. This year the High Achiever award was presented to DALROD Northampton.
Craig Morley, Director of DALROD Northampton was present at the event and honoured to collect his award. Northampton is a franchise who have been in the DALROD network for many years now. They continue to go from strength to strength and are responsible not only for servicing domestic customers in the local area, but also for a number of very large maintenance contracts with some well-known and sizeable businesses.
Celebrating success.
“I am delighted to be able to accept this award for DALROD Northampton,” said Director Craig. “Myself and the team are committed to providing the best quality drainage solutions in the local area and we will continue to strive to do so. We take great pride in our work and we want to continue to develop the DALROD brand within the Northampton area. It is exciting to be a part of a growing network and I am looking forward to seeing how the business shapes up in the future.”
This year the awards were presented by Dave and Jo Lane. As well as their certificate DALROD Northampton also received a gift which will be beneficial to their business. “One of the best parts of the whole year is being able to recognise the hard work and dedication that our franchisees put in every single day. To be able to see this paying off and businesses growing and developing makes us all very proud,” said Kimberley Lane, Director Designate.
