What was the problem?

A customer called us after the staff toilets at a school stopped flushing properly. The issue was located in a sealed manhole within the disabled toilet of an old Victorian building. After surveying the area, we discovered a fabric face mask had been wrongly flushed down the toilet and was causing a significant drain blockage.
