Just before Easter, DALROD and HD Teamwear joined forces to bring a little extra joy to the children at Little Miracles, a wonderful charity in Peterborough supporting families that have children with additional needs, disabilities and life-limiting conditions.
Eleanor from DALROD Head Office and Andrew from HD Teamwear personally delivered 50 Easter eggs to the Little Miracles centre in Peterborough, which provides counselling and respite care. The children were able to enjoy an Easter egg hunt and something sweet over the weekend!
Little Miracles was actively seeking donations in the run-up to the holiday. Their unwavering dedication to making a difference in the lives of local families resonated deeply with both companies. The connection was first made at the recent local Biscuit Exhibition, where conversations sparked a commitment to give back.
“This is what community is all about – coming together to make a positive impact,” said Eleanor. “We’re proud to support such an inspiring charity and we hope this small gesture brings smiles to the children’s faces”.
Andrew from HD Teamwear echoed the sentiment, adding, “When we met Little Miracles at the exhibition, we immediately saw the heart and passion behind their work. Its an honour to contribute in any way we can”.
