DALROD celebrated its annual conference at Center Parcs, Woburn on Friday 4th October 2024
Every year the DALROD Group joins together for our annual conference. This highly anticipated event is a unique opportunity for our network to come together, share insights and celebrate our achievements over the past 12 months. This year’s conference took place at the picturesque Center Parcs, Woburn and brought together industry professionals, suppliers and partners for a day filled with engaging activities, insightful showcases and a grand evening gala.
At DALROD we pride ourselves on understanding the importance of a close-knit network. Through our annual conference we can connect all our teams, share thoughts and ideas and take time out to focus on how we can improve and develop the DALROD group nationally.
As well as important discussions about our achievements and exciting future initiatives, attendees had the opportunity to participate in a variety of team-building activities, set against the stunning backdrop of Woburn Forest.
Throughout the day (and in a first for our annual conference), several suppliers showcased their latest products and services, offering attendees a first-hand look at cutting-edge innovations in the drainage industry. The exhibition provided a valuable platform for networking and fostering new business relationships.
The evening culminated in an awards ceremony and gala dinner. The awards recognise outstanding contributions and achievements within the DALROD community, celebrating excellence in innovation, service and teamwork.
The gala provided a perfect ending to a day of learning, collaboration and celebration.
DALROD’s annual conference continues to be a cornerstone event for our network, reaffirming our core values of unity and progress. We look forward to building on this year’s success and continuing to drive excellence in the drainage sector.
A New Format for 2024
This year, we introduced a fresh format to our conference. A select number of suppliers were in attendance to showcase their innovative products and services.

Having these suppliers as part of our conference provides attendees with a comprehensive view of the latest advancements in the drainage industry, fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing.
Engaging Demonstrations and Activities
The day was packed with informative demonstrations, allowing participants to see cutting-edge technologies in action. In the afternoon we planned a
variety of fun activities in the park, including tree trekking, archery and laser clay pigeon shooting. These activities reaffirm our belief in team building and provide a break from the day’s sessions (as well as a bit of healthy competition!).
Evening Gala and Awards
The conference culminated in an evening gala, featuring a dinner, awards ceremony and a magician in attendance. This is our chance to recognise and celebrate the outstanding contributions of our team members over the past 12 months. We also enjoyed the close up magic performed by Harry Moulding for the second year in a row, it’s the only time that most of our franchisees are left speechless!
The awards ceremony is always a highlight of our annual conference. Congratulations to all the award winners. These accolades are a testament to the dedication and excellence demonstrated across our network. We also want to extend our deepest appreciation to every member of the DALROD family for their relentless and continued hard work and commitment over the last 12 months. The collective efforts of our network has been instrumental in driving our success and growth, and we look forward to continuing this journey together into our 4th decade in 2025.
