Celebrating achievements and positive news is something we should do more of! It is really important for businesses to continue to share and promote the success of their teams with others. Within a franchise business this means highlighting those local service centres around the UK who stand head and shoulders above the rest.
The entire DALROD network (Director’s, Franchisees and Employee’s) are all dedicated to expanding the range of services offered to customers as the business continues to grow year on year. Our aim is to always provide the best quality drainage solutions to every customer whether they are commercial or domestic 24/7. However, there are some DALROD service centres that continually go above and beyond, exceeding even these expectations.
At the DALROD annual conference held on the 29th September 2023, a number of recognitions were awarded to individual franchises to celebrate their achievements throughout the year. The most prestigious of which is the highly sought after Franchise of the Year award. This year we were honoured to present this award to DALROD Cambridge.
A long and successful journey for DALROD Cambridge!
The Cambridge franchise is the business that started the DALROD franchise journey 22 years ago. They are extremely well-established within Cambridgeshire and have a reputation with their customer base which is second to none. In addition, the business continues to go from strength to strength, not only growing revenue streams but also placing investment back into the business. DALROD Cambridge have an impressive fleet of vehicles, vans, support units and tankers who are on hand to deal with any drainage issue across the county.
Investment also comes in people and Director Mike Pollard has begun the process of fully integrating son Josh into the business. Josh brings with him a new energy and an eye for modern approaches, this he does through his successful TikTok account.
Some of the DALROD Cambridge team were available to receive the award on the night, including Josh Pollard, Johnathan Wright and Jim Cawte. Awards cannot be won without the support of the whole team throughout the entire year, and this team is a shining example of this.
