John Oakes of DALROD Brighton faced another tough task at one of his recent jobs but earned rave reviews for his professionalism and willingness to go the extra mile to help his customer.
John arrived at the property to find that kitchen was flooded. The access to pipework was really poor inside the building and out. Some of the pipework was also in a very poor state and black mould was forming, so John checked all of the pipework and managed to find the route of the problem; allowing him to reach a resolution.
The resident had problems on and off with their pipework and drainage system for a long time and were not in the best of health themselves. So, John spoke to the housing association and they agreed on how the problem was going to be solved. John carried out the works which needed doing and left the property with a happy customer and housing association.
A member of the national housing association John had been in touch with, said: “I just wanted to send a thank you for John, to say the man is a star is an understatement, he has more than helped us out and has even accepted plumbing works where we have not had the staff, today he has done a referral where he has identified concerns for the customer, this he has done off his own back.”
“He is a credit to your company and is a benchmark to be upheld by all others, saying that all your guys are always more than helpful.” She concluded.
All in all, it was another job very well done for John.
