DALROD has challenged and sponsored two people from Head Office and the Peterborough Operational Service centre to participate in a charity skydive at the end of July.
Six willing members of staff put their names into the hat, for the chance to be the chosen ones. DALROD Director Dave Lane had the honour of making the draw with the lucky winning names being, Drainage Engineer Steve Exeter and Digital Marketing Apprentice Emily Woods.
The brave pair will be plunging to earth from the aircraft, which will be travelling at 12,000 ft, on Sunday 29th July at Sibson Air Field. DALROD has teamed up with Serpentine Green to raise funds for the charity Disability Peterborough. Disability Peterborough is Peterborough’s local centre for free confidential and impartial information and advice, for physically disabled people, their carers and families. The charity does a sterling job but needs our help in raising imperative funds for the service they provide to the people of Peterborough.
As Emily and Steve take the plunge, we ask you to kindly sponsor them by donating to the Go Fund Me page – https://www.gofundme.com/taking-the-plunge-for-charity
The entire DALROD family are very proud of Steve and Emily and wish them all the luck and support.
